As two-time Red Diamond Excellence Award recipients, Aivee and Z Teo share how they maintain their status as top leaders in the Philippine beauty industry.

For Aivee and Z Teo, the mere mention of their names evokes thoughts of the Aivee Clinic—a pioneer of innovation in the beauty industry in the Philippines. The legacy of the Aivee Clinic has been further solidified with its recent accolade: Galderma’s Red Diamond Excellence Award.
In an interview with Lifestyle Asia, Aivee and Z shared their recipe for excellence—staying on top of trends, their commitment to patient satisfaction, and their continuous learning process.

Shining Moment
Galderma Aesthetics Philippines created the Diamond Awards to recognize and strengthen its relationships with customers and partner clinics. It has been two years since the Diamond Awards were established, and during that time, the Aivee Clinic has received the top award twice. Furthermore, the Aivee Clinic received the Restylane Breakthrough Award & Sculptra Breakthrough Award this year.
“We’re very honored to be awarded the Red Diamond Excellence Award, which is the highest award of the night. What makes it very special is that it’s only been two years since they created this award, and we’ve been the awardee for two straight years,” Aivee shared. For them, this award validates the hard work they put into their clinics, while also affirming their commitment to the best, highest-quality, most effective, and safest treatments for patients.
“It’s been great to get this award two years in a row because [it is] very objective. It’s really measured by the number of patients and the number of procedures you do,” Z explains. The Red Diamond Excellence Award also serves as recognition of the Aivee Clinic’s experience with Galderma products, further enhancing their craft through innovation and consistent practice.
For Aivee and Z, the honor serves as motivation to work even harder at their craft. “I think every day we try to celebrate our wins, big or small,” Aivee shares. “But I guess the most important thing is it motivates us to always be the innovators in our field, to be ahead, and to always introduce new treatments to our patients. The trust they place in us is something that prevents us from becoming stagnant.”

The Aivee Clinic would not be where it is today without its continuous pursuit of innovation and pioneering trends in the Philippine beauty industry. In 2025, Aivee and Z are focusing on preventive beauty as the leading trend they are emphasizing.
Aivee firmly believes that preventive treatments are proactive solutions to a wide range of skin problems. According to her, preventive treatments include collagen banking. “It’s stimulating collagen even before the aging process starts,” she explains.
Z adds, “Science teaches us that after 35, the collagen levels start to decline. Once the collagen level starts to go down, your face starts to go down.”
To address this issue, the Aivee Clinic offers the Aivee Biolift treatment, which perfectly encapsulates the essence of preventive care. “The idea of biolifting means that you’re lifting the face biologically by increasing the amount of collagen you have,” says Z.
Furthermore, he adds that starting collagen banking through a multilevel approach, such as bioregeneration and bionutrition, are the principles of biolifting and the tenets of preventive beauty.
