Fashion discoveries seem to be popping up all over the Philippines lately, and the newest one has settled into Level 2 of The Podium. Nirvana Collective recently opened its first permanent store, gathering emerging fashion and accessories brands from across Southeast Asia under a single roof.
Nirvana Collective began as a platform for regional labels that already command loyal audiences in their home markets but rarely make it onto Manila racks. Filipino shoppers who once relied on tagged Instagram posts and international shipping can now try on clothing, bags, shoes, jewelry, and accessories from Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines in person. “I really wanted to bring in brands that people here might not normally have access to,” says co-founder Erica Dee Poe.

Inside A Regional Fashion Destination
The 100-square-meter space is designed as a contemporary “second heaven” for fashion discovery. Besides selling clothes, the founders envision Nirvana Collective as an evolving home for regional collaborations, brand activations, small-scale events, and creative exchange.
“It made sense to look at Southeast Asian brands since we’re aligned in terms of price points and weather,” Erica observes. “They use fabrics that work well in our climate, and their sizing can be more relatable to us compared to American or European brands, which can sometimes run bigger or be less suited to our proportions. Those were all things I wanted to consider when putting the selection together.

The opening lineup covers plenty of ground. Thailand is represented by Lunne, She Knows and Knit Circle, and Vietnam by S.C Studios and Randomlist. Y21 Studio comes from Singapore, Nose from Malaysia, and Rona Studio and Kami for Kamu from Indonesia. Independent Philippine labels such as The Daily Basis and Undo round out the roster. The mix will keep changing through new arrivals, limited drops, and a revolving cast of brands.
Nirvana Collective presents its edit as one cohesive fashion destination, where refined wardrobe staples share space with more expressive pieces. Shoppers can discover a new name and still leave with clothes that slip easily into their everyday wardrobes, and the price points stay accessible throughout.
