T’nalak

A sacred cloth woven by the T’boli people of South Cotabato from abaca fibers, tie-dyed in earthy reds, blacks, and browns. Its patterns are said to come from the dreams of master weavers, and t’nalak is celebrated by designers as a living textile tradition of Mindanao.
