The Constellation is a longtime favorite of both the brand and its happy wearers for almost 70 years. This latest version still has the model’s signature claws on both sides of the bezel as well as its half-moon facets. As if trying to mimic the rich night sky that backdrops the stars and moon, the face is shaded with a deep blue.
The 36-mm men’s version is partnered with a blue leather strap while the 29-mm women’s version has a glittering watch face and diamonds on its dial and bezel. Both feature a mix of steel and the brand’s own Sedna gold, which is a rose gold alloy first introduced in 2013.
Omega’s De Ville Trésor, which is also part of this Valentine’s collection, first wowed the watchmaking world with its 30mm calibre in 1949. For this new Trésor, 18k moonshine gold envelopes the piece, which is also has 38 full-cut diamonds on its case. The stunning watch rest on a mirrored case back and is partnered with a delicate mesh.
