One of Metro Manila’s newest properties is redefining the concept of home with a luxe vertical village that promotes comfort, convenience, and community.
This is an excerpt from Lifestyle Asia’s April 2023 Issue.
Shang Robinsons Properties, Inc. (SRPI) recently unveiled their newest project, Haraya Residences. Described as a “vertical gated village,” it’s nestled at the heart of Bridgetowne Estate. Composed of North and South towers, the latter structure is the first to rise with its 558 homes.
“A new era requires new thinking. It demands a new understanding of the home; how we live, interact, unwind, and be productive,” shared Jose Juan Jugo, the executive vice president of Shang Properties, Inc.

Haraya in Filipino means ‘imagination’ so we held our mission sacred, to envision new possibilities for homeowners, introduce meaningful innovation, and develop inventive spatial configurations that provide comfort, freedom, and inspiration,” Jugo elaborates.
Indeed, comfort and freedom abound in SRPI’s latest venture, as guests were treated to a showroom tour that provided a glimpse of all the best features that Haraya has to offer, namely luxe amenities and flexible units that feel new and inviting.
A PLACE TO CALL HOME
All of Haraya Residences’ rooms will feature an Italian-inspired loggia—that is, an extension of the home that is also a part of its exterior. One can think of it as an outdoor room that expands the living space, transforming it into a home that’s capacious yet intimate.
All units incorporate earthy-toned interiors and wood-paneled floors that feel premium. They also contain furniture and fixtures that blend modern design with Filipino sensibilities, something Italian architect Francesca Muzio always wants to highlight.
A LUSH AND CONVENIENT SPACE
A salient concept behind the vertical village is providing its inhabitants with everything they could ever need in one place. To give a better picture of just how comprehensive the residence aims to be, it features 2,270 square meters of indoor amenities and 2,500 square meters of outdoor amenities.
