Three generations of Philippine visual artists, from established luminaries to emerging talents, are represented at the milestone edition of Art Fair Asia Fukuoka.
Art Fair Asia Fukuoka (AFAF), the only art fair focusing on the concept of Asia, celebrates a significant milestone this year, marking its 10th anniversary as one of Asia’s premier platforms for artistic exchange. Since 2015, the fair has fostered dialogue between Japanese artists and their regional counterparts, creating a space of co-creation, synergy, and diversity that has become essential to the contemporary Asian art landscape.
Filipino contemporary art finds representation at this landmark edition through a curated presentation by DF Art Agency, bringing together acclaimed as well as emerging talents.

Adding an international dimension, the presentation includes contributions from Paris-based Sean Go, Berlin-based J.A.R., Filipino-Japanese artist Taichi Kondo, and Spanish artist Mimi, reflecting the borderless nature of contemporary artistic practice that AFAF has championed throughout its decade-long journey.
