This multi-course Thai tasting menu has added an array of creative dishes in collaboration with Asia’s 50 best and Michelin star-restaurant.

Following the success of the Benjarong Experience Menu Volume I & II which became a must-try in Manila’s dining scene, the final series features a bespoke gastronomic meal. One can taste unique Thai delights masterfully created by Chef Watcharaphon Yongbanthom, who joins forces with Chef Bo Songvisava and Chef Dylan Jones of Bo.lan and their other rustic Thai restaurant, Err.

The Benjarong Experience Menu Volume III evolves to offer authentic Thai cuisine prepared with innovative local twists. The dishes that highlight the chefs’ skills and deep respect for Thai culture such as Saeng Waa (oyster cured with calamansi limes and chili), Yum Tua Plu Mu Yang (grilled Iberico pork rib, chili tamarind glaze, winged bean salad), Lhon Pu (local Filipino mud crab simmered in coconut cream and fern shoots), and Tom Yam Ped Pha-lo Ha Ros (hot and sour soup of five spiced braised duck).
Other dishes included in Volume III are Khao Yum (rice salad), Nahm Prik Kanoon Onn (young jackfruit relish), Hoi Yaang (scallop with royal caviar, quail egg, crispy enoki mushrooms, red and green sriracha sauce), Yum Sa-rhai (assorted seaweed salad with local clams, shredded coconut and pili nuts) Fak Maew Pad Nahm Pla (stir fried chayote with fish sauce), Gaeng Kiew Waan (green curry of salted beef ), and Pla Grim Kai Tao (Thai tea flan, glutinous rice dumplings, salted coconut cream, palm sugar syrup, raspberries, passion fruit ice cream, pistachio praline).
The latest Benjarong Experience menu can be paired with wine. The 8-course tasting menu is priced at PHP 8,500++ per person with wine pairing and PHP 4,500++ per person without pairing.
