VSIP Signs New Lease With AyalaLand For Its New Location

The local subsidiary of Malaysia’s leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider, VSIP, finds its new home in Santo Tomas.

In a new partnership, VS Industry Philippines, Inc. (VSIP) has signed a lease with AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC).

This marks VSIP’s first operational Philippine address, located in ALogis Santo Tomas. ALogis is ALLHC’s industrial leasing brand offering facilities in prime locations.

VSIP will be occupying over 52,700 sqm of gross leasable space for its operations. The EMS provider serves as both an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM).

With its expansion in the Philippines, the group is focusing on the assembly of consumer electronics.

While production is set to begin in 2025, VSIP expects to employ a workforce of approximately 2,000 people at ALogis Santo Tomas.

Situated in Batangas’ industrial hotspot, the PEZA-accredited facility is easily accessible from Manila via the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and from Batangas City via the Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (STAR).
