Meet Forbes' 30 Under 30 2024

Today’s young leaders are giving us hope for a brighter future.

Every year, Forbes releases a list of notable people under 30 years of age, across various industries.

Divided into 20 categories, each list consists of 30 bright young leaders who are taking on the world on their own terms.

This year marks the publication’s 13th annual list, compiled after evaluating over 11,000 candidates. “The final product: 600 go-getters across 20 industries—and a peek into things to come,” wrote Forbes’ Kristin Stoller.

30 UNDER 30 HIGHLIGHTS

Familiar names such as Kendall Jenner, 28, have made the list. Jenner’s 818 Tequila sold more than 123,000 cases last year. The brand champions sustainability and family-owned farms in Jalisco, Mexico.

A Music lister, rapper Alyssa “Latto” Stephens, 25, is on track to earn $12 million this year. In 2023, she toured with Lizzo and recently featured on the hit song “Seven” by BTS’ Jungkook. She has also earned two Grammy nominations, including one for Best New Artist in 2023.

Social Media lister Dylan Mulvaney, 27, was also one of Forbes’ Top Creators in 2023. The influencer garnered an estimated $2 million in earnings last year.

Filipino entrepreneur and gamer Josh Glodoveza, 20, is in the list as one of the most influential figures in gaming. Glodoveza entered the gaming industry at age 13 and later became a talent manager. He has represented successful Twitch streamers such as Sykkuno and Hanhanxxrose.

BY THE NUMBERS

According to Forbes, this year’s group of 30 Under 30 has raised more than $3.6 billion in funding. This is down from more than $5.3 billion last year.

The average age of 30 Under 30s stayed constant at 27 years old. The youngest of the bunch is 15-year-old Siona Pramoda on the Education list.

43% of the individuals in the list self identify as a person of color. Meanwhile 23% are immigrants from countries such as Ukraine, South Korea, Ethiopia, Argentina, and Pakistan.

Gender parity reached an all-time high this year, with the list consisting of 1% non-binary, 42% female, and 57% male.
