The New Edition of the Philippine Yearbook Was Launched with a Spectacular Feast at Samba

The veranda at Samba in Shangri-La at The Fort was setup for a festive night when the new edition of the Philippine Yearbook was launched. Guests queued at the stations where food was plentiful with paella, meats being on Spirits flowed throughout the evening including the famous San Mig Light. Publisher Vernon Go, and the book’s guest editor, Paulo Alcazaren, thanked everyone for their generous support for the annual publication that was launched 81 years ago as an offshoot of The Fookien Times, the newspaper founded by the father of Grace Glory Go.
