The collection features a brand new character named Pandakashi, designed by the Japanese artist himself.
K-pop girl group Blackpink has collaborated with Japanese artist Takashi Murakami for a 19-piece capsule collection.
Available now, the collection consists of t-shirts, sweaters, hoodies, pillows, keychains, a coach jacket, a photocard holder, and a sticker set.

Described as “both colorful and whimsical,” the items also feature a new character called Pandakashi. The official accounts have shared an animation starring the character that Murakami designed for the collaboration.
The merchandise is distributed by NTWRK, a curated retail platform. “This groundbreaking collaboration blends Murakami’s distinctively colorful vision and whimsical artistry with Blackpink’s iconic style and influence as the biggest girl group in the world,” the company said in a press release.
First launched exclusively on the NTWRK platform, the collection was also available for in-person shopping from December 9 to 10 at NTWRK’s Los Angeles store and at Art Basel Miami.
Blackpink has been making waves in the United States for years now, cementing their fame at Coachella earlier this year. They made history as the first K-pop group to headline the popular music festival.
The collaboration with Murakami follows the highly anticipated news of all members renewing their contracts with YG Entertainment.
Aside from their musical endeavors, the girls are also well-known in the fashion scene. All members are ambassadors of some of the most famous luxury brands and are often seated in the front row of fashion shows.
