Each neighborhood in New York City offers something for everyone, and nowhere is this more true in the SoHo neighborhood. 1. Everlane
Known for their high-quality, ethically-produced basics that quickly sell-out online, Everlane opened their first brick- and-mortar store, allowing fans to try on their trademark cashmere sweaters, vintage jeans and wide array of shoe options in person. The line at the cashier can sometimes span the length of the entire store, also owing in part to their very generous return policy.

2. Reformation

3. Outdoor Voices
Founded by Tyler Haney, this athleisure brand has the opposite philosophy to high-performance athletic wear like Nike and Adidas, whose marketing is all about being the best. Outdoor Voices’ motto is “doing things,’ be it hiking, yoga, running or any sort of recreation. That girl in your spin class with a swishy ponytail who moves effortlessly to the music is probably decked out in their muted color-block leggings and flattering crop tops.

4. Mansur Gavriel
In 2014, it used to be impossible to get a Mansur Gavriel bag. You had to watch for announcements on Instagram like a hawk and wait for news of their latest bag drop, and then rush to their official website for a chance to buy their popular bucket bags in blink-and-you’ll-miss it speeds. Since then, Mansur Gavriel has opened two stores in New York, and has expanded to shoulder bags, envelope purses, small leather goods and clothing items, all which exude the brand’s signature effortless cool.

5. Le Labo
If you’ve ever walked around certain parts of New York (or if you happen to be at the One Mega Group Office) and smelled an irresistible whiff of perfume, it’s probably Santal 33 by Le Labo. Beloved for its staying power and derided in equal parts for its popularity, it’s no question that this ubiquitous scent is here to stay. If you want something else, Le Labo’s bespoke fragrance lab will be able to make you a bottle of any custom-made fragrance you desire.

Lightweight and premium, the Away luggage brand’s major selling point is that each suitcase is equipped with a charging port, to ensure the busy traveller is never without the chance to charge their phones. Other than that, the eye-catching colors and fun collaborations makes this a luggage brand for the millennial with an eye towards the rest of the world.

7. Maryam Nassir Zadeh
A cool insider favorite by those in the know, MNZ is a little out of the way of Soho but a visit is well worth it. Brands vary, which means there’s something in there for everyone. Try on the popular Martiniano glove shoes (which tend to give a strong visceral reaction on both sides), a sculptural white blouse from Jacquemus, and the sunglasses from Linda Farrow
