Fill your May 17 to 18 weekend with a diverse array of natural wines from eight different importers around the country, paired with food by Sunday Street Co. and Chef Luis Locsin.
Natural wines, ancient as their origins may be, are experiencing a new wave of popularity in an era when F&B establishments, chefs, and consumers alike are searching for something different. This May 2025, eight of the country’s top natural wine importers are holding the third edition of Manila Natural Wine Fiesta, bringing the world of natural wines closer to both new and seasoned oenophiles.

Why Try Natural Wines?
To make things clear, natural wines aren’t here to replace their more traditional counterparts; they’ve taken up their own special niche, emphasizing methods that focus on letting the wine’s true characteristics shine on their own. That means no additives, synthetic pesticides, and other frills throughout the production process. This results in a wine with an unfiltered character, sometimes cloudy, but always a unique experience.

As the old adage goes, don’t knock it ‘til you try it. Contrary to popular belief, not all natural wines have that funky, kombucha-like flavor to them—they come in all kinds of taste profiles. This is why events like Manila Natural Wine Fiesta are integral. With a wide portfolio of wines for visitors to try, and the presence of knowledgeable sommeliers and importers, the event lets attendees explore the very best wines in the market and figure out what works for them within a tight-knit, welcoming community.
