What began as a cafe and the Alvarez’s family love letter to Siargao, has now evolved into a full-fledged dining spot in the Metro.
Spearheaded by Belle Alvarez—the Spotted Pig has been reimagined for the city without losing its easygoing charm. The Rockwell location carries over the island elements and native textures from its original cafe as well as the breezeblocks of its Legazpi sibling—scaling them up with high ceilings, a mezzanine cocktail bar, and an easy-going yet elevated energy.
