Seclusion is the house’s best asset

Berry’s Malibu mansion showcases its best asset yet: it’s a secluded beachfront sanctuary.

The actress expressed she became drawn to how solitude it felt living there. She added that even though her house sits on a beach it felt very private. “It’s at the end of the cul-de-sac, so there were never any crowds,” she said.

Berry’s looks into a “new magical space”

Mansion Global reported that Berry lived in the house full time for a year before turning it into a weekend getaway. She spent the holidays there with her family.

The real estate website said that a childhood for the actress in Cleveland meant Christmas was “always full of ice, cold weather, and snow angels.”
