The name NUSTAR takes inspiration from the North Star (Polaris), which is the brightest and most visible star in the sky. In the same manner, NUSTAR is becoming an iconic landmark in Cebu not only because of its architecture and standout offerings but because it is becoming a destination for food lovers.

This unique Cebuano section offers “su” for sugba or grilled; “to” for tola or boiled; and “kil” for kilawin – seafood “cooked” (without heat) in the acids of vinegar or citrus juices.

They even have a taho vendor going around for breakfast. It is interesting to note that the Cebuano taho is like the one we all know but with added condensed milk. It actually gave a different twist to the classic taho we all know!
