The much-awaited collaboration of Valli with H&M finally arrives in Manila
From the first announcement of Giambattista Valli’s collaboration with global brand H&M, style icons and enthusiasts have been looking forward to owning the pieces. Many were thrilled to see how the esteemed designer translated his signature fantasy haute couture into a high-street, ready-to-wear collection. To officially celebrate its arrival in Manila this November, celebrities and beauty mavens graced the launch. Each delighted in finding the perfect style pieces for themselves, excitement running high for this first-of-its-kind collection.

A lavish party
The collection of Giambattista Valli launched in Manila reflected couture dreams and a pink paradise. From the lush blooms decor to the pristine white couches framed by gold, the launch evoked the power in embracing femininity and at the same time, gender-fluidity. After all, the collection includes menswear like sequinned jackets, pearl-encrusted hoodies, and floral-printed coats.
The launch in Greenbelt witnessed both men and women who were eager to get their hands on the pieces like the stark red dress in tulle. Their enthusiasm is understandable; each creation is unique, exquisite, and well-thought of. It marries the fast fashion fare and the exclusivity and grandeur of haute couture. Among the guests of the invite-only event were Salome Uy, Tim Yap, and Iza Calzado. Everyone enjoyed the party, celebrating another milestone for Valli and for major apparel brand H&M.
