Happy to be Alive: All of Us are Dead star Yoon Chan-young becomes the first ambassador for Coach Korea - K LIFESTYLE

He joins the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Michael B. Jordan, and Yang Zi as the faces of the luxury brand around the world.

Coach announces actor Yoon Chan-young as the house’s first ambassador for Korea. His partnership will include advertising campaigns for leather goods, ready-to-wear and footwear beginning with the Spring 2022 season. Chan-young’s debut introduces images of the actor in Coach’s Spring 2022 denim Signature ready-to-wear and Hitch backpack.

The 20-year-old South Korean Snowball Entertainment talent began as a child actor, appearing in several films and shows, including Mothers, Birthday, Dr. Romantic, The Bride of Habaek, The King in Love, Still 17, and Do You Like Brahms?

He recently gained wider acclaim for his breakout turn as Lee Cheong-san in the Netflix Zombie apocalypse hit All of Us Are Dead. “I think Lee Cheong San is a righteous student with concrete thoughts and beliefs of his own,” he says in an interview. “I think he was able to make fast decisions during difficult situations because of these characteristics. Cheong San puts On Jo’s life before his, and I tried to remember that at all times.”

The young celebrity’s next role will be as a model student opposite a teen drug mule in Juvenile Delinquency. “My goal is to be an actor. My dream is to work with the director of La La Land,” he reveals in the same interview. “I’m so thankful for each day, and it feels like a gift. This year, I want to show people who I am as a person. There’s a lot that I want to show. I’m so happy that people are also interested in the real me. Please look forward to this.”

About becoming the first ambassador for Coach in Korea, he says that he is thrilled since Coach is “a brand that perfectly fits my personal style and inspires me. I’m excited to be part of the house’s story for Spring and to collaborate with Stuart Vevers and the teams going forward.”
