Escolta Easter Sunday Champagne Brunch

On April 1 (from 12 noon to 3 in the afternoon), Escolta opens its Easter Sunday Champagne Brunch with three straight hours of overflowing Moët & Chandon. Enjoy a variety of food varietals that Sunday. The Seafood & Raw Bar is expected to be a highlight, serving gastronomic fare best paired with too many glasses of bubbly. Indulge in poached shrimp, oysters with traditional condiments, crabs and slipper lobsters during your boozy afternoon. Additionally, freshly baked breads will be available to complement cured meats, smoked salmon, terrines, and pâtés, Mediterranean spreads, charcuterie and jams. The carving station will feature slow-roasted rib and herb-crusted red snapper. For those looking for more traditional breakfast food, there will also be fresh waffles and pancakes, as well as an omelet station where guests can customize their eggs with their choice of ham, mushrooms, cheddar cheese and more. Lighter options include fruit, baked goods, and salad.

Escolta’s Easter Sunday Champagne brunch is priced at P4,300 for adults with free-flowing champagne, P3,100 for adults without the champagne option, and P1,500 for children ages six to 12. One child will receive a special activity passport to the Peninsula Secret Easter Garden (invitations are restricted to one invitation per table).
