Inside the Sumptuous Dinner by Lifestyle Asia and Ruby Jack’s - Dine

The mood was festive on Thursday evening as attendees came out to celebrate the newly opened Ruby Jack’s Steakhouse & Bar in Makati.

Ruby Jack’s Steakhouse & Bar is one of those restaurants where you just instantly feel at home. White tablecloths and billowing-but-tailored curtains create a cozy space out of the high-ceilinged room. In a surreal moment, it feels as though you’ve been magically transported inside a jewelry box, complete with a plush velvet lining.

Fun and feast commenced as the clock struck six, with the best of steaks from Ruby Jack’s being the highlight of the show

Star-studded and intimate

Held amid the bustling Manila scene on a busy weeknight, Thursdays With Ruby served as the perfect midweek getaway for esteemed individuals looking to unwind and enjoy a night out last April 27.

A dynamic dining experience

The event is a dynamic dining experience that is as memorable as its menu. At the end of the long room, in the kitchen, Crabbe could be seen at the helm of the staff, ensuring that each plate that is served is artfully arranged.

The steak—an impeccable Tomahawk Steak Platter—is tender with mouthwatering marbling throughout, Ruby’s Caesar Salad is blanketed with shreds, not sprinkles, of cheese, and Miyagi oysters are shucked to order. The full-course meal was then topped off by elegant house favorites Double Baked Cheesecake and Half-Baked Cookie with Peanut Butter Ice Cream.

Attendees raised a glass to the success of the new Ruby Jack’s branch at Ayala Triangle Gardens

Midway through the feast, Dizon stood to thank all of the guests for their presence. “I hope that you do come back to Ruby Jack’s,” said Dizon. Smith followed with a speech showing appreciation to the Ruby Jack’s Manila team for their service and commitment to excellence throughout the event.

Finally, Frederick and Tiffany Siy, together with Crabbe, Smith, Dizon, as well as operations director Erwin Catihanan and marketing director Lorent Adrias, all raised a toast to the success of the new Ruby Jack’s branch. To cap off the evening, guests were presented with monogrammed wine glasses and the April issue of Lifestyle Asia magazine featuring actress-artist Solenn Heussaff.
