The consumer electronics brand shares “light and love” with its newest product addition, which uses 85 percent less energy and lasts 10 times longer than the standard incandescent bulb.
Panasonic Philippines has introduced the latest addition to its product lineup: the Panasonic LED NEO. The new light bulb promises energy efficiency, eco-friendliness, and a longer lifespan, among other advantages.

The LED NEO bulb comes in seven wattage options, ranging from 3W to 15W, according to the presentation of Panasonic official Romnick San Antonio.
The bulb features a compact design and an E27 socket. It operates at voltage 170-240V (Rated 220-240V).
The brand said its new light product is “notable for being extremely long-lasting.” It has a rated life of 12,000 hours (L70).
In fact, it lasts 10 times longer than an incandescent bulb. This is because the LED NEO uses up to 85 percent less energy than the standard incandescent bulb and CFL bulb.
Moreover, the LED NEO doesn’t contain toxic materials and ultimately helps to reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
This is part of the Panasonic Group’s commitment to achieving virtually net-zero CO2 emissions for all operating companies by 2030 and reducing CO2 emissions by more than 300 million tons by 2050.
The product has a PS License, as it complies with the mandatory standards of the Department of Trade and Industry.
To develop its lighting solutions, Panasonic evaluates these according to product, quality of light, and parts material.
It then subjects its lighting products through extensive testing. These include waterproof, high/low temperature resistance, packaging, drop, illuminance, light distribution, burning, thermal, restriction of hazardous substances, and salt spray tests.
