Isabelle Daza is offering her 125-square-meter loft unit at One Rockwell East Tower for P33.4 million.

“My home in Makati is where I spent a lot of time with family and friends. Now that I have new priorities in life with my growing family, I have decided to sell my property,” Daza wrote in her listing on marketplace platform Carousell.
The pet-friendly two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit is located in Makati’s Poblacion. Its amenities include a gym, function room, lap pool, kiddie pool, and a lobby with a concierge.
Aside from these features, Daza said her unit is also fully furnished, has lots of closet space, a large storage room, a dishwasher-equipped kitchen, and great views from each side of the tower.
Daza made additional modifications that include installing a brick wall, sanding it down, and painting it white for a classic touch.
