The world-famous chef sets the bar higher for Manila dining standards as he announced the opening of his bar and grill in Manila.
Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Philippines will open soon in Manila. Internationally renowned Michelin-starred Chef Gordon Ramsay and Newport World Resorts Chairman Kevin L. Tan made the announcement after finalizing the details during a meeting in Macao. Tan shared, “Having personally met Chef Ramsay at The Londoner in Macao, his larger-than-life personality and our shared enthusiasm in opening one of the most sought-after restaurants in the culinary world, strengthens our position as the most multifaceted integrated resort in the country, leading the way in elevated dining experiences for all our guests.”

Ramsay, OBE, is a British celebrity chef, restaurateur, television presenter, and writer. His restaurant group, Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, was founded in 1997 and has been awarded 17 Michelin stars overall and currently holds eight. The Hell’s Kitchen host’s signature restaurant, Restaurant Gordon Ramsey in London, has held three Michelin stars since 2001. Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Philippines at Newport World Resorts will be the inaugural offering by the world-famous restaurateur in the Philippines following other restaurant concepts in major cities across the globe.

Located on the second floor of the Newport Grand Wing, Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Philippines at Newport World Resorts will be one of the biggest restaurants in the 25-hectare property. Occupying 400 square meters, the elegantly designed restaurant can seat up to a hundred guests and is expected to attract discerning diners from all over the region, given its close proximity to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) terminal 3. First established as the pioneer integrated resort in the Philippines in 2009, Newport World Resorts encompasses a newer and bigger world of extraordinary thrills within the bustling Newport City community. It is a one-stop, non-stop casino, hotels, and entertainment complex comprising two main wings, Newport Grand Wing and Newport Garden Wing that feature a wide array of gaming thrills.
