Perched overlooking the beach, Azure Beach Club Boracay offers an unparalleled experience by the sea. Diners enjoy a diverse menu that spans Japanese, Korean, and Indian tandoori dishes, all against the backdrop of stunning beachfront vistas.
The Spicy Shrimp Stir Fry with soy, dry chili, Szechuan pepper, and peanuts takes center stage (middle). The Baked Scallops (top right) with creamy mentaiko, cheddar, and parmesan are perfectly cooked, complementing the decadent toppings. Sharp parmesan balances the seafood’s mild flavor, while creamy cheddar adds richness and a subtle tang. Mentaiko introduces a delightful umami depth with a hint of saltiness, creating a wave of delightful taste sensations on the palate. The Vegetable Biryani (bottom right) with cauliflower, green peas, carrot, mint, Basmati rice, and Raita sauce was rich with flavor and textures. Another treat was the Yakitori (bottom left), sumptuous chicken thighs marinated in creamy mentaiko, Yakitori, and leeks. The Wakame (top left) was a refreshing mix of seaweed, cucumber, salmon sashimi, and soy-sesame dressing.
A Shore-side Feast
Another standout dish, the Braised Pork Belly Pizza, redefines traditional pizza norms with Korean influences. Barbecue sauce replaces tomato, and kimchi adds a spicy kick.
Not to be outdone, Crimson Boracay also boasts Mosaic Latin American Grill. Australian and American prime meats, such as the renowned tomahawk prime rib steak, are infused with vibrant Latin American flavors.
The restaurant offers an array of rare vintage wines, complementing its elegant ambiance and breathtaking ocean views, making it a premier destination for authentic Latin American cuisine. The star of the show is the US Striploin Bone-in Steak (see photo bottom right), prime grade being the highest grade for beef in the USA with abundant marbling.
The steak was grilled with high heat in a charcoal oven, allowing it to brown and caramelize outside, while retaining its juicy interior. This is a much faster method compared to the regular grill. The smoke produced by the burning charcoal contains a variety of compounds, adding richness to the taste of the meat.
Additional dishes featured in the photo above include (counterclockwise): Chimichurri Sauce (fresh herbs and garlic sauce), Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Assorted Vegetables, Salsa Criolla (bell pepper and tomato sauce), and Aji Amarillo sauce (spicy chili sauce).
