Start off at the cheese and cold cuts station with a wide selection of artisanal cheese such as Davao goat cheese, herb cream cheese, and marinated feta cheese. Elevate your standard sandwich with cold cuts from the butcher’s block: beef pastrami, mortadella, and black forest ham or if you’re craving for a more sophisticated appetizer, create your own open-faced smoked salmon tartine to prep you for the heavier courses.
Next stop is the sustainable seafood bar where you can have the chefs cook your selection depending on your liking. While waiting for your dish to be served, have your or your kids photo taken with the character for the day to celebrate the experience. Head to the carving station to get a taste of the U.S. Certified Beef charred according to your preference, the pita pockets, moutabal, and fish masala at the Halal station, and do-it-yourself pasta.
Health conscious diners don’t need to worry because Marriott Café makes sure to have healthy options included in the menu such as numerous salad options and a make-your-own salad bowl where you can mix in your choice of vegetables and dressing. For those who are longing for Filipino flavors to satisfy their local palate, the buffet also serves home-cooked favorites like the hearty Bulalong Batangas, kare-kare, and deep fried soft shell crab. Half-way throughout the buffet spread are Japanese and Chinese cuisines featuring fresh salmon and tuna sashimi, well-marinated pork char sui, and make your own bowl of noodles station.
Aside from the savory dishes, the buffet offers a wide range of desserts, from Marriott Café’s signature gelato, special cakes such as the coconut mousse cake to the unique guyabano mango jelly.
