What’s your “Girl Boss” era soundtrack right now?

Rosanna: Okay, so right now it’s Billy Joel’s “My Life” for when it’s a good day and I need to just be hyper-focused. And then, it’s still Billy Joel when it’s a tough day—the song “Vienna” just makes me feel everything, letting me sit with my emotions.

What’s something you’re proud of that no one sees?

Rosanna: Apart from being on the go, I think I’m a very big family person. I take care of a lot of things behind the scenes at home—with my parents, my grandparents, even my siblings. I take pride in being a good family person, and I like to strike a balance between work and quality time with the people I love.

What’s your mindset mantra when things get rough?

Rosanna: It’s something my dad told me—it’s really just “plod on.” It’s the simplest way to remind yourself that when there’s no other option or when there’s no end in sight, there’s nowhere to go but forward.

What’s the best advice another woman ever gave you?

Rosanna: So, you just plod on—that’s always what I keep in my head. There’s no such thing as work-life balance; you create your own balance.
