After months of house hunting, the celebrity couple has finally found the perfect home.
After the couple tied the knot in July 2022, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have been looking to move into a new home together.
Finally, they closed a deal on a mansion located in Wallingford Estates, a gated community in the Beverly Hills. Initially listed for $135 million in 2018, the price was cut to $74.995 million in March.

The couple was able to purchase the roughly five-acre estate for $61 million. According to the listing, the mansion has about 38,000 square feet of living space with 12 bedrooms and 24 baths.
“A one-of-a-kind indoor sports complex with basketball, pickleball, gym, boxing ring, sports lounge and bar all celebrate an active lifestyle and the love of sports,” says the listing.
In the backyard, there’s a “stunning zero edge pool” that “perfectly frames the extensive grounds and views.” The property also comes with a guest penthouse, caretaker house, guardhouse, 12-car garage, and parking for 80.
Since getting married, both Affleck and Lopez have listed their other homes. Lopez put her Bel-Air mansion up for sale for $42.5 million earlier this year.
Meanwhile, Affleck listed his Pacific Palisades property for $30 million in August 2022. Just two months later, the Argo director’s estate was sold for $28.5 million.
Affleck and Lopez rekindled their romance almost two decades after they first split and ended their engagement. Now having grown as people while they were apart, they’re ready to start the next chapter of their lives in their new home.
