A New Luxury Resort Village Rises In Cavite's General Trias

Megaworld continues to redefine the standards of luxury living with its newest development, the 22-hectare Maple Grove Park Village. With its contemporary tropical architecture and relaxing amenities, the village fosters a tranquil and relaxing space unlike any other.

“Sitting on a premium, exclusive, and expansive location inside the [Cavite] township, Maple Grove Park Village certainly stands out as the choice for discerning clients seeking a respite from the busyness of city life,” shared Eugene Em Lozano, Megarworld’s first vice president for sales, in a press release.

The development is certainly in good hands, as Wimberly, Allison, Tong  & Goo (WATG) —the visionary minds behind some of the world’s greatest resorts and wellness destinations—are working with Megaworld to bring its spectacular vision to life. Some of WATG’s past projects include Shangri-La Maldives, Sofitel Bali in Indonesia, and Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai.

Living with Nature

Megaworld strategically placed its new development in the more secluded area of its 120-hectare Maple Grove township. This provides residents with an exclusive and private space while still giving them access to the rest of the property.

Nearly 40% of the entire village will contain green and open spaces for its residents. The lush oasis will have six verdant gardens with different themes based on wellness landscapes and activities.

The Maple Grove Park Village Clubhouse

This includes the Color Gardens (inspired by chromatherapy), which features vibrant and colorful trees, as well as alleys with beautiful flowers. There’s also the Garden of Tranquility with a reflection lawn and an open lawn, as well as herb and vegetable plots. The property also boasts Edible Gardens, which come with fruit-bearing trees, picnic tables, and play structures. The Aromatherapy Garden provides a tranquil space for yoga and meditation with its platforms, aromatic plants, and picnic areas. Then there are the Fitness and Activity Gardens, which come with outdoor fitness equipment, fitness pods and stations, more open lawn areas, a picnic shelter, a basketball court, and additional play structures.

The township also boasts a variety of sustainability features. Its Rainwater Park, for example, is a two-hectare tree park that serves as a catchment basin for rainwater runoff. Residents can also find landscape drip irrigation system, pocket gardens, and vertical gardens all across the area.

The village will also have its very own chapel, as well as bike lanes, a  jogging track, and a futsal field that are perfect for those with an active lifestyle.

Serene Spaces

Five-star resort amenities extend to Maple Grove Park Village’s Clubhouse, which holds more serene spaces for rest and relaxation. Beyond the entrance walkway garden with floating steps are features like a floating garden, an aromatic and sensory garden, an al fresco lounge deck, a wellness pool, a Jacuzzi, a fitness gym, a movement studio, a massage room, and a steam room, just to name a few.

“From the materials, the lighting, the colors, each detail of the Village is meticulously designed in a way that, from the moment you enter the gates of the Village, you feel relaxed and get to unload your stress,” added Lozano in his statement.

A Modern Central Business District Within Reach

The village sits within Cavite’s first ever modern central business district. As such, it’s a prime location with residential condominiums, office towers, a soon-to-rise lifestyle mall, transport hub, and the biggest McDonald’s store in the area just within reach.

What’s more, Maple Grove is just around 30 to 45 minutes away from Fort Bonifacio and the Makati central business district. Residents can travel to these areas via the Coastal Road and the Manila–Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX). Its convenient location means residents can easily access future road networks and key infrastructure projects. These include the LRT-1 Cavite extension, the Sangley Point International Airport, the CAVITEX-CALAX link, Cavite-Tagaytay-Batangas Expressway (CTBEX), and the Bataan-Cavite Interlink Bridge.

Maple Grove Park Village features 377 lots ranging in size from 280 square meters to more than 500 square meters; these lots will be ready for turnover to owners by 2026.
