Eager Spark

Aligned with the goal of restoring the Pasig River to its former glory, the project includes plans for mixed-use establishments along the riverbanks. It also includes recreational amenities such as public parks, jogging paths, and bike trails.

Additionally, the project involves the relocation of informal settler families to enhance the quality of life along the riverbanks and in surrounding communities.

The inauguration of the showcase area marks just the start of a broader revitalization initiative.
