Filipino Stars Walk The Runway

Filipino actress and singer Maymay Entrata made her Paris Fashion Week debut modeling for designers Phan Huy and Leo Almodal.

At the Phan Huy show, Entrata had two looks. First, the Vietnamese designer dressed her in a sheer, flowing white top and an embellished skirt.

For the next look, she wore a long-sleeved sheer dress with black diamond designs and a matching headpiece. “My first runway in Paris Fashion Week, I will for sure treasure this,” she wrote on Instagram.

Next up, Entrata led the Leo Almodal fashion show. The Filipino designer gave her a stunning gold gown and a headpiece that resembled rays of sunlight.

Meanwhile, beauty queen Michelle Dee opened Filipino designer Michael Cinco’s Paris Fashion Week show.

Dee wore a signature Michael Cinco beaded jacket in white with a full feathered skirt. “Loving the shows but the runway is my home,” she wrote. “It felt like an absolute fantasy and a dream come true to open for this ethereal collection during Paris Fashion Week.”

Former Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach also walked in Cinco’s fashion show, closing the event in a long-sleeved gown with crystal embellishments.

“Your grace, elegance, and presence are unmatched, and I’m beyond grateful to have you bring my designs to life. You always elevate the runway, and I’m so honored,” the designer commented on Wurtzbach’s Instagram post.

Wurtzbach walked the runway for L’Oreal Paris as well, joining other stars such as Kendall Jenner, Cara Delevingne, Camila Cabello, Viola Davis, and more.

Gracing The Front Row

A constant presence at Fashion Week, Heart Evangelista graced several shows including the ones for Dior, Yves Saint Laurent, Balmain, and Acne Studios.

“You can really play around with your look and just really enjoy each moment,” the star said in one of her behind the scenes videos on Instagram. “The games shall begin.”

In the video, Evangelista also shared that she had 19 shows scheduled throughout the duration of Paris Fashion Week.

As usual, K-pop stars drew plenty of attention at their respective fashion shows. Blackpink’s Jisoo attended the Dior show while her bandmate Rosé was present at Saint Laurent’s event, both as brand ambassadors.

Actor and Astro member Cha Eun-woo at Saint Laurent was also at the Saint Laurent show. ATEEZ members Wooyoung and Hongjoong attended the Courreges and Balmain events respectively.

At Acne Studios’ Paris Fashion Week show, NCT’s Johnny Suh and girl group Illit sat in the front row. Dior also gathered more Asian stars such as Nam Joo-hyuk, Apo Nattawin, Rikako Yagi, Zhou Ye, and Dilraba Dilmurat.
