IQOS, the innovative brand behind heated tobacco products, continues its mission to offer adult smokers in the Philippines smokeless alternatives with the launch of its flagship store in Glorietta. More than a retail space, the new boutique is designed as a sensorial experience that invites customers to remain “forever curious” as they explore the full spectrum of products the brand has to offer.

“This new space represents the very best of our retail 2.0 vision,” shared Communications Director of PMFTC Ferdi Echiverri during his speech at the boutique’s opening. “We recognize that smokers who are looking for better alternatives deserve a place to buy smoke-free products. They need a home where they can learn, interact, and be confident in their choice to switch. We are truly honored and excited for you to experience this new chapter with us.”

Forever Curious With IQOS
IQOS’ vision unfolds throughout the store, where its commitment to design and innovation comes to life in a space that reflects its smoke-free promise. Beyond offering a complete retail experience with exclusive products, the store integrates thoughtful technological elements that enhance discovery and interaction.
Upon entering, guests are invited to try the Scent Experience Machine: an interactive, digital-led installation that allows visitors to browse through the brand’s extensive range of TEREA and ZYN using a few simple prompts. Based on individual preferences, the machine gently releases a subtle scent, offering a non-invasive way to experience each variant before making a choice. This personalized approach simplifies the selection process, helping adult smokers find a tobacco flavor that suits their taste without the need to commit to multiple purchases at the outset.

Just across from the scent station, the spirit of being “forever curious” continues at the Make Your Own IQOS station. Stocked with store-exclusive rings, wraps, accessories, and silicone cases, the space invites customers to experiment and personalize. With countless combinations to choose from, the experience feels less like shopping and more like discovery, rewarding those who take the time to play and create a device that truly feels their own. Completing the experience is the engraving table, where customers can add a final, personal touch by customizing their device with their own initials.

A Home For The Smokefree
The opening of the new boutique was a celebration in every sense, bringing together the brand’s top management, passionate clients, and curious newcomers eager to find a smoke-free alternative. The atmosphere was lively and inviting, reflecting the brand’s forward-looking spirit and commitment to discovery. Adding to the occasion, IQOS partnered with the ever-popular The Curator, which treated guests to a special selection of cocktails crafted to pair with the brand’s popular TEREA flavors. This added another immersive layer to the event as visitors soaked in the sensory delights of their new smoke-free home.

Closing out the experience, guests were invited to explore the final section of the store: the IQOS Lounge. Thoughtfully equipped with air-cleaning technology and charging sockets for devices, the lounge functions as a modern space ideal for unwinding. Every detail is an extension of what the entire boutique is: a reflection of the brand’s commitment to creating experiences that feel intuitive, welcoming, and unmistakably like home for its community.

The new IQOS flagship store is located at Level 1, Glorietta Mall, Makati.
