According to the company’s website, the history of Bodegas Emilio Moro dates back three generations. “The grandfather of the third generation of Emilio Moro was born in 1891, and his son, who also carried the same first name, was born in 1932. Both were born into a wine growing environment, surrounded by vineyards,” it reads.

In their hometown of Pesquera de Duero in Valladolid, they grew up treading grapes, and the love of wine has been passed on until the third generation, the current managers of the winery.

The lovely five-course Old Manila degustation menu is priced at P6,000, inclusive of taxes. Dinner on June 1, 2022, starts at 6;30 pm. Pre-paid reservations are required as there is very limited seating.
