Filipino-Danish creative Rebecca Lozano Petersen experienced the vibrant shows, parties, and presentations of London Fashion Week, capturing the city’s unmistakable energy as a global fashion capital.
London Fashion Week returned last September with an electric mix of creativity and style. From established houses to emerging talents, the schedule celebrated bold design, sustainability, and inclusivity. The city’s iconic venues came alive with runway shows, presentations, and immersive experiences, while social highlights like intimate parties and curated pop-ups added a distinctly London energy. This season reaffirmed why the city remains a global hub for fashion, culture, and the unexpected.

The British Vogue Breakfast
A perfect start to the day at the Vogue Café at Corner Shop 180, enjoying an iced coffee, a croissant, and a quiet moment before the shows. The two-day pop-up, created by British Vogue and Nike, was conceived as a refreshing pause during London Fashion Week, blending wellness, DJ-sets, and florals into a space where industry names and creatives alike could reconnect away from the runway.

The Geschwister Exhibition
Geschwister is all about turning craftsmanship into wearable art that is bold, playful, and full of character. The founder, Saeed Agboke, showcased the new collection in an intimate exhibition that highlighted the brand’s sculptural shapes and joyful use of color. The evening continued with a private dinner, where friends of the house and fashion insiders came together to celebrate the launch. It felt less like a presentation and more like being welcomed into the world of Geschwister.

Orda
The Mandrake Hotel became a living film set for Saidis Orda’s immersive “SCANDAL” exhibition. The hotel’s corridors, bars, and suites were transformed into scenes of Orda’s cinematic vision—a playful, provocative exploration of identity, illusion, and the pursuit of perfection. The opening was celebrated with drinks, music, and effortless networking, making the experience feel both immersive and delightfully social. Walking through the spaces, I found myself both an observer and participant, caught between reality and fiction in a way that was as mesmerizing as it was unexpected.

The Fashion Republic Show
The Fashion Republic show at the Waldorf Hilton brought together 20 designers under one roof, each showcasing their unique vision. Bold looks, fresh talent, and the perfect mix of creativity made it a real highlight of London Fashion Week. More than just a show, it was a platform where emerging voices and established visionaries met, making the afternoon feel both dynamic and inspiring.

The Ray Chu Show
Stepping into The Great Hall venue, I was immediately drawn into Ray Chu’s SS26 vision of Taiwan’s glowing midnight shores. Sculpted suiting and cinched waists caught the light like bioluminescent waves, while gender-fluid silhouettes and upcycled fabrics reminded everyone that sustainability could be effortlessly chic. Prints inspired by marine life and sculptural eyewear added playful artistry, making the runway feel like a story unfolding in real time—intimate, inventive, and mesmerizing.

2 Shows, 1 Venue
Ella Titus, a fashion designer from LA, presented her latest collection under the label Vellachor at London Fashion Week 2025, showcasing a refined, bridal-inspired aesthetic. The runway featured delicate off-white gowns, intricate corsetry, and ethereal gloves, epitomizing elegance and modern femininity.
In the same vanue was Adonis Musa’s Stylist Collective fashion show, which was an intimate event showcasing a 30-look collection styled by Musa and his elite team of fashion stylists. The runway featured a dynamic mix of fashion and lifestyle brands, offering a fresh perspective on modern style.

Moments At The Dover Street Market
During London Fashion Week, I stole a moment away from the shows to wander through Dover Street Market, one of my all-time favorite spots. The store was buzzing with energy, especially with a signing by Renell Medrano for her new issue of Ice Mag. Between the eclectic designer mix and the curated displays, it was the perfect blend of inspiration, indulgence, and a little retail therapy before diving back into the fashion frenzy.

A Little Extra Music
The party mood was set at Ministry of Sound during London Fashion Week earlier this month. Two rooms, two moods—each with its own energy, music, and vibe—came together to create an unforgettable night of dancing, networking, and fashion excitement.
