Then there’s the L.12.12, which remains one of Lacoste’s best-selling icons. Available in various sizes, this lightweight bag features the brand’s signature Petit Pique coated canvas and an embroidered crocodile, making it a must-have for those who seek timeless style and sporty elegance.

Longchamp’s Le Roseau Gets Reinvented

Longchamp recently celebrated the re-launch of its recognizable Le Roseau collection at the reinvented Rustan’s Shangri-La store. Synonymous with Maison Longchamp for more than three decades, Le Roseau attained iconic status in the nineties, and has been in constant demand ever since.

The collection epitomizes the concepts of transmission and timelessness that are so integral to Longchamp. A stylish design and a signature bamboo-inspired toggle are the secret to its success, offering an air of sophistication to suit the lifestyle of an elegant woman who’s always on the go. Every generation has succumbed to the appeal of its sleek, simple lines and its strong character—like the reed (roseau) of its name, which bends but never breaks.

Unfailingly stylish, Le Roseau looks chic when carried in the hand, and more casual when slung over the shoulder. In addition to new shapes, Longchamp has interpreted Le Roseau in a color palette of timeless neutrals like clay, paper, and chestnut, as well as vibrant hues like bright green, celadon, and orange. There’s no doubt that the reinterpreted Le Roseau will be the winter season’s must-have bag.
