Chef Salvatore Cuomo flew in from Japan to prepare his signature dishes at the launch of premium Italian restaurant Salvatore Cuomo & Bar. Manila’s A-Listers dined on Chef Cuomo’s signature Neapolitan specialties such as Caprese di Mozzarella di Bufala (Buffalo Mozarella Salad) ,Tagliere di Affettati, (traditional Italian cured meats sliced paper thin), D.O.C. Pizza(Denominazione Di Origine Controllata) and mouthwatering Tiramisu. Luigi Vera and Richie Yang of Am-Phil Group and their partners provided an unforgettable evening where an overflow of bubblies and fine wine kept guests in a jovial mood while grooving to live music that played all through out the night.
