Following the epic success of Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour, the superstar announces the concert film world premiere on October 13.
It was on August 31 when Taylor Swift teased with an Instagram post. She wrote: “The Eras Tour has been the most meaningful, electric experience of my life so far and I’m overjoyed to tell you that it’ll be coming to the big screen soon. Starting Oct 13th you’ll be able to experience the concert film in theaters in North America! Tickets are on sale now. Eras attire, friendship bracelets, singing and dancing encouraged.”

And now, Taylor Swift has just announced: “The tour isn’t the only thing we’re taking worldwide…Been so excited to tell you all that The Eras Tour concert film is now officially coming to theaters WORLDWIDE on Oct 13! Tickets available now at www.TSTheErasTourFilm.com or on your local theaters website!

In a report by Billboard: “The extensive list of countries slated to screen the film beginning on Oct. 13 includes: Albania, Argentina, Austria, Bolivia, Bermuda, Columbia, Cyprus, Ecuador, Fiji, Gibraltar, Iceland, Italy, Kosovo, Luxembourg, Malta, Mauritius, Moldova, Nicaragua, Peru, Poland, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Zambia, among many others.” Additionally, the report says that “the film is also slated to hit Brazil, Bulgaria, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Macau, Romania, Singapore,South Korea, Taiwan, Turkey, and Vietnam on Nov. 3.” Billboard also reported that “Tickets for most of the international screenings outside N. America will go on sale on Sept. 26.” Good news because the list also includes the Philippines.

A related story by USA Today states: “When Taylor Swift says she’s going to bring the eras of her career to the stage, believe her.” The report adds, “Not since the most vigorous days of Bruce Springsteen and his legendary live concerts has a mainstream artist packed so much music into one show.” The article further states that: “Swift kicked off The Eras Tour with a staggering 44 songs presented over a span of three hours and 15 minutes.”
