Taylor Swift attends The Eras Tour movie premiere in Los Angeles wearing a show-stopping dress. It’s believed to be a nod to 1989 Taylor’s Version’s release on October 27th.
Taylor Swift surprises her fans yet again as she announces early release dates for The Eras Tour movie. The movie premiered on Wednesday night, October 11.
Los Angeles’ The Grove held the premiere night at the AMC movie theater, wherein the mall closed for the event.
Swift’s concert movie features her successful US leg of The Eras Tour, which hit over 20 cities in the state. CNN reports that the tour is expected to have gross earnings of over $1 billion.

Swift is currently on break after finishing her US leg of the Eras tour and some dates performed in Mexico. She’ll resume her international leg of the tours starting November.
Swift filled a ‘blank space’ on the early premiere wearing Oscar de la Renta
Fashion house Oscar de la Renta posted on Instagram that Swift wore a creation of the brand.
Swift wore the brand’s tanzanite quilted floral gown which is from Oscar de la Renta’s pre-spring 2023 collection.
The gown showed off the dress, embroidered with florals and had some cutouts, too. Swift combined her ensemble with a matching shade of blue eyeshadow along with her signature cat eye and red lips. Swift donned a diamond string necklace. A chic low updo became her hairstyle for the night.
Her look resembles the theme and hue of the 1989 era, which could be a nod to 1989 Taylor’s Version. It’s slated for release on October 27th.
Additional early film showings due to high demands
Swift tells fans that they’ve added additional early access showings of the film through an Instagram post .
“Look what you genuinely made me do: Due to unprecedented demand we’re opening up early access showings of The Eras Tour Concert Film on Thursday in America and Canada!” Swift excitedly announced.
She expressed gratitude to fans for wanting to see the film, sharing that The Eras Tour is her favorite adventure. Swift added that the best part of this adventure is that she and the fans are “still on together.“
The Eras Tour film out in all cinemas worldwide on October 13
For the rest of the world, The Eras Tour film will hit the cinemas on October 13. Swift intended the film release on the said date.
“The tour isn’t the only thing we’re taking worldwide… Been so excited to tell you all that The Eras Tour concert film is now officially coming to theaters WORLDWIDE on Oct 13!” Swift announced.
Sam Wrench directed the movie, filmed during her tour days at the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.
Movie earnings expect to amount between $100 million to $125 million in its opening weekend according to industry estimates.
IMAX, standard screens in AMC, Cinemark, and Regal theaters will screen the film. In addition, 90 countries worldwide will screen the film, including the Philippines.
