Nothing speaks romance than having an exclusive canopy for two set right at lush greenery. Called Love By Design, this dinner set offers a view of Manila Bay while you have a four-course meal. The menu includes refreshing scallop Crudo, dry-aged beef tenderloin, a delectable goat cheesecake, and champagne courtesy of Moët & Chandon. To cap it all off, artisanal pralines will be served, together with a bouquet of roses. Enjoy the cool evening under a star-filled sky while lovely music from a violinist enhances the ambiance.
For gourmets
Conversations turn more delightful when you indulge in a wide array of sumptuous dishes. Sofitel’s Spiral takes their specialties up a notch for this Valentine’s Day weekend. The Cheese Room will have a heart-shaped Coeur de Neufchatel while the French Stove features a beef filet mignon. At the Crudo bar, salmon tartare and beef carpaccio will be available while La Patisserie will be filled with artisanal chocolates carrying aphrodisiac qualities.

For the serene
If you feel like taking a more laidback approach to your date, Sunset Bar’s The Food Truck should be your choice. The menu consists of softshell crab taco, designer cronuts, foie gras sliders, and more. Free-flowing wine and premium spirits will also be on hand. To have the best experience, start the date while you and your partner watch the sky turn into beautiful hues from the sun setting down.
While these experiences are indeed wonderful to have, you may also opt to spend the special day at home. Thankfully, Spiral At Home curated a special takeaway set for two featuring burrata salad, chef’s sushi selection, chocolate crunch gateaux, and more.
