Known for creating innovative degustation Japanese dishes, Chef Bruce Ricketts of Mecha Uma fame prepared a sumptuous meal comprised of signature dishes such as Salmon Tataki, Ooma Taco-Maki, O-Gyoza, Hanger Steak, House Chahan, Corn & Oyester Kaki Age, Tori Kara-Age and Uni Udon for the opening of a casual yet chic Japanese dining spot OOMA at the SM Mega Fashion Hall. Owners of the new establishment Abba Napa, Eli Antonio and Jon Syjuco aka The Moment Group, welcomed friends—most of whom are Manila’s young and hip foodies—to their latest food venture while catching up to bottomless servings of sake.
