The Upper House Hong Kong conjures a great sense of tranquility with the radiant warmth of its private residence. Located in the heart of Hong Kong’s business district, it sits just above Admiralty’s Pacific Place, the premiere destination for commercial, retail, and hospitality institutions. It’s 40 minutes away from the airport and within walking distance of many tourist attractions like Harcourt Garden, Hong Kong Park, Bowen Road Garden, and Central Plaza.

The hotel overlooks Hong Kong’s bright city lights and hosts a spectacular view of Victoria Harbour through its 117 rooms. The theme ‘Upward Journey’ flows through every room of the house designed by acclaimed Hong Kong interior architect André Fu. Its symphony of modern Asian influences begins at the floating glass box lobby, followed by a Torii-gate-inspired escalator that takes you through a 40-meter-high atrium scented with the tender fragrances of ginger and verbena.
Everything is made with well-crafted natural materials that include bamboo, timber, shoji glass, limestone, and lacquered paper along with a curated selection of expressive art and sculptures that tell The Upper House’s story as well as a timeless sense of serenity.
Every room is designed to provide a sense of understated luxury with abundant spaces everywhere from 300 square-foot bathrooms with walk-in rain showers, dressing areas, and free-standing limestone-clad bathtubs as well as gorgeous panoramic views of the harbour or the island, all well-complimented by the hotel’s bespoke services.
With 22 suites and one penthouse starting at 730 square feet, The Upper House has some of the largest rooms in Hong Kong. Features include a complimentary maxi bar, in-room water filtration system, dual-temperature wine fridge, espresso machine, and a 46- inch interactive television connected to Bose speakers.
