An application recreating the exhibition virtually was released worldwide with exclusive behind-the-scenes footage of LISA, Cha Eun-woo, and Ko So-young.
Bulgari Colors, the brand’s first exhibition in South Korean, has been running successfully since July 20, 2021 at the Seoul Arts Center. Fortunately, this immersive visual arts spectacle can now be experienced online.
In response to the growing trend of digitization, the Italian luxury brand will launch an app that regenerates the exhibition virtually. Available in two languages, Korean and English, the app will provide a colorful, interactive experience for domestic and international visitors who are unable to physically attend the exhibition due to COVID.
The exhibition app provides a lifelike VR experience, and features representative works from the Bvlgari Heritage collection and from prestigious private collections dating from the 1930s to the present.
Colorful collab
Bulgari Colors also features artworks by seven prominent Korean contemporary artists (Kim Jongwon, Lee Sea-hyun, Yee Sookyung, Noh Sang-kyoon, Oh Soon-kyeong, Choi Jeonghwa and Vakki) inspired by the collection.
Upon loading the app, you will be asked to create your own avatar. Once you have styled it to your personal preferences using Bulgari’s iconic jewelry, watches, and accessories, you can explore the exhibition with the avatar. Implementing a state-of-the-art 3D technology, the hero pieces on display can be viewed from 360 degrees, allowing visitors to appreciate the fascinating story.
The app also includes a range of entertainment features. After your avatar successfully completes all missions, you’re invited to enter a lucky draw event held every month. Don’t miss the behind-the-scenes videos of LISA, Cha Eun-woo and Ko So-young, available exclusively on the app.
The Bulgari Colors Exhibition application will be available until December 31, 2021.
