Experience the intersection of culinary excellence and lifestyle design as Chef Josh Boutwood partners with BOCU.
On the evening of February 2, Helm, one of the country’s leading dining destinations, welcomed an exclusive gathering of tastemakers to celebrate a milestone partnership. Chef Josh Boutwood, the restaurant’s founder, announced his newest brand ambassadorship with the proudly Filipino lifestyle brand, BOCU. More than a collaboration, the partnership is rooted in a shared commitment to intention, restraint, and craftsmanship—values embodied by Boutwood and Helm itself, the only restaurant in the country awarded two Michelin stars, making excellence their clear common ground.

The announcement unfolded over an intimate dinner called “Notes on Taste,” where editors, stylists, and cultural tastemakers experienced Boutwood’s award-winning cuisine. The multi-course menu reflected the Helm’s understated approach, each dish thoughtfully composed and effortlessly balanced.

The evening also offered a first look at BOCU’s summer collection. The new line is defined by refined silhouettes, breathable fabrics, and softened structures that mirror Boutwood’s own ethos: precision without excess, quiet confidence, and beauty in thoughtful simplicity.

The new collection draws inspiration from “the calm after the crowd has passed,” capturing the ease of slow days, unhurried mornings, and moments of stillness. Set to be unveiled on February 11, 2026, the pieces reflect the same quiet confidence that defines this partnership—one that brings together a globally recognized chef and a proudly Filipino brand, reinforcing BOCU’s belief that local craftsmanship belongs on the world stage.
