Michelin-selected Ramen Ron is introducing beef to its menu for the first time with two new permanent dishes arriving this May.
Known for its carefully crafted bowls and precision-driven approach to ramen, Ramen Ron is expanding its menu with two new dishes: the Ukokkei Beef Shoyu Ramen and Gyudon, available beginning May 8, 2926 at its Rockwell and BGC branches. Part of the AF Hospitality group led by Amado Forés, the restaurant says the move was about introducing something new while staying true to what diners already love about the brand.

“Ramen Ron has built a loyal following because of its thoughtful, focused menu, and we felt this was the perfect moment to introduce something new without losing what people love about the brand,” shares Amado. “These beef dishes give guests another way to enjoy Ramen Ron. They’re comforting, satisfying, and made with the same care and attention to detail.”

What’s New On Ramen Ron’s Menu
The Ukokkei Beef Shoyu Ramen serves as the centerpiece of the launch, built on Ramen Ron’s signature “Silky Fowl” soy sauce-based broth and topped with thinly sliced ribeye steak, steak fat bits, bamboo shoots, and onion leeks. Diners can also add Chef’s Recommended Toppings like aji tamago and nori for an even richer bowl.

Also joining the menu is the Gyudon, Ramen Ron’s take on the classic Japanese beef rice bowl. Ribeye steak is simmered in house-made gyudon sauce and layered over Japanese rice with onion leeks, pickled ginger, white sesame seeds, and crisp tempura made from shimeji mushrooms and egg yolk.
In true Ramen Ron fashion, the update keeps things focused on providing diners with new reasons to return hungry.
