10 years in, ArteFino proves heritage was never meant to sit still, and with this year’s anniversary, it continues to bring the best of local craftsmanship closer to Filipinos with more than 100 homegrown brands at Power Plant Mall.
ArteFino: Isang Dekada is set to take over Power Plant Mall from July 30 to August 2, 2026, gathering more than 100 Filipino brands across The Fifth, North Court, South Court, and the R1 Lifestyle Hallway. The occasion marks ten years since the fair began pushing Filipino-made goods into the mainstream.
Founders Maritess Pineda, Armita Rufino, Susie Quiros, Cedie Vargas, and Marimel Francisco launched ArteFino in 2017 with a clear goal. “We knew from the beginning that we needed to promote locally-made products and in the process help our artisan communities,” they said. “When we realized that we had a following, we knew that we couldn’t just keep selling. Rather, we needed to convey a message that would create impact.”

Local Pride
A shift in consumer habits has been significant, the founders said. “There is now pride in supporting or consuming products that are made locally. It’s become something that people like to share and talk about.” Filipino designers now hold more visible shelf space, and local elements have spread into fashion, home decor, gifting, and food.
To mark the milestone, ArteFino asked its partner brands to design something specifically for the occasion. “We asked them to create pieces that reflect how far they’ve come, how their craft has evolved, and where they hope to take Filipino design next,” the team said.

Responsible Retailing
This year’s curation focuses on responsible retailing, with HeArteFino grantees Project Nova, Zarah Juan, and ANTHILL Fabric Gallery stationed at the South Court. A collaboration between HeArteFino and Isla Tek will introduce a capsule wardrobe made from pineapple, banana, and abaca fibers. “We started with the products, then touched on the makers, the community,” the team said. “Now, we are looking into the materials or the fibers.”
Philippine Institute of Interior Designers President Cecil Ravelas will design the North and South Courts, while returning collaborator Gino Gonzales will handle the Central Display at The Fifth, a fixture since the fair’s early years.
Two new additions round out the celebration. Studio ArteFino will open in the South Court as the movement’s retail arm, and Eats by ArteFino, done with The Seven Pantry, will debut as a food and lifestyle destination.
“We honor the artisans, traditions, and communities that laid our foundation,” the founders said. “Today, we celebrate the movement we have built together.”
