The partnership launches at Cherry Lane with Both Ends, a one-off performance by Justin Vivian Bond, directed and produced by Zack Winoakur. Inspired by poet and playwright Edna St. Vincent Millay, one of the theater’s founders, the production pays tribute to the venue’s long history as a home for new voices.
Fashion takes its place onstage, too. Anderson designed original costumes specifically for the performance, while Bond wears an archival piece by Paul Poiret. The historic designer once dressed Millay, and his work also served as inspiration for Anderson’s Dior Winter 2026 collection, creating a direct thread between the theater’s history and Dior’s contemporary vision.
