Apart from the steak selection, the restaurant serves a wide selection of Italian cuisine favorites.
Aptly named II Primo, which translates to “The First,” the steakhouse is the initial restaurant that greets guests when they enter Nustar Resort and Casino’s grand entrance. Located in Cebu, it’s also the first and only Italian steakhouse present in the city.
Through their dishes of appetizers, salads, entrees, kinds of pasta, and desserts, along with signature beverages, they offer the experience of authentic Italian cuisine. The kitchen is led by chef de cuisine Chef Luca Angioletti, who boasts over 20 years of experience in the field.
Their decadent steaks, like the Alla Griglia (prepared on a Josper Grill), US Angus Cab Omaha Prime, and Australian and Japanese Wagyu, are to be paired with a selection of sauces.
Options include smoked black pepper, mushroom cream sauce, and truffle sauce. For a sweet ending, the Dolci menu or desserts offer classics like Tiramisu, Tortino, Strudel di Mele, Panna Cotta, and gelato.
