Bally's First Eyewear Collection Embodies California Sunset Colors

Known for its exceptional sportswear aesthetic heritage, Bally taps into creating sunglasses with Marcolin Group, the luxury eyewear specialist. The first collection features elegant, innovative sunglasses and optical offerings. It follows a retro-luxe style with the sunset-inspired lenses. These add vintage and sophisticated feelings to your summer looks.

Seeing through sunset lens

Bally’s eyewear collection pays homage to the ‘Wanderlust’ theme and palette of the brand’s Spring/Summer 2019 collection. The style pieces were results of the Bally design team’s research trip to the Rose Bowl Flea Market in Pasadena, California. The peachiness of the brand’s latest ready-to-wear, bags, and shoes translate to the first eyewear collection. The sunglasses echo a retro-luxe aesthetic with a modern take. From the oversized square acetate frames to the classic pilot frames with pink and yellow lenses, the specs evoke a vintage mood. You can finish off any summer look with these new season lenses in tortoiseshell, burgundy, and black.

Functional yet elegant

The entire eyewear collection integrates Bally’s iconic heritage, including its distinct signifier, The Bally Stripe. The sunglasses embossed the stripe as an optical effect in the leather inserts, slim temples, and acetate bonds. Apart from the stripe signifier, the glasses incorporate the Sparta Grip first used in the 1920s. This came in the form of Bally Grip on the nose pads or front eyewear’s frames. This reduces the slipping of the glasses from your face as you enjoy your trips.

The brand also recognizes the difficulty of finding the perfect sunglasses to fit your face shape. Thus, they created the Smart Fit models and Asian Fit frames. These innovative designs guarantee you can have elegant specs that not only match your style ensemble but also accentuates the beauty of your face.
