An island treat that is loved by those on the beach-side, arrives here in Manila for the city folks to enjoy.

Big Belly, the renowned burger restaurant that originated on Siargao Island, Philippines, is now at Bonifacio Global City in Manila. Founded in 2020 by two friends from Barcelona, Marc Alberich and Chef Miguel “Mingu” Marcelino, Big Belly quickly gained popularity for its burgers.

Localized Degustation

Neither of them had initially planned to make Siargao their permanent home but they discovered a common desire to create a haven where people could relish in the delight of burgers. Big Belly burgers are different because of their dedication to crafting signature recipes and using only the finest quality ingredients, producing all components from scratch.
