London’s beloved Burger & Lobster restaurant finally arrives in Manila, serving delicious, no-nonsense surf and turf.
Manila’s dining scene is about to get a taste of London’s world-famous Burger & Lobster restaurant, as it finally opens in the Philippines. Founded in 2011 on a rooftop in London by four friends who set out with a simple yet bold idea—to focus on just two ingredients and make them the best they could be—Burger & Lobster has since grown into a global sensation with branches in New York, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Bangkok, and Kuwait.

Known for its indulgent burgers and fresh, wild-caught lobsters, Burger & Lobster brings its philosophy to Manila—where luxury meets casual indulgence in every bite. Manila diners can soon savor these perfected dishes and experience the no-frills simplicity of a concept that highlights the best of these two ingredients.
Set to open at SM Aura Premier in Taguig City, the restaurant is more than just a place to eat—it’s an immersive dining experience. Guests can expect a fun, multi-sensory feast where cracking lobster claws and savoring juicy burgers become an art form.

What’s on the Menu?
Using top-quality, fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, Burger & Lobster Manila will serve signature classics that have made waves in London, New York, Bangkok, and beyond:
● The Original Burger – 100% prime beef, perfectly grilled and nestled in a brioche bun, paired with Burger & Lobster’s secret burger sauce.
● Wild Canadian Lobster – Flown in fresh, these succulent whole lobsters can be grilled and/or steamed, and are served with lemon butter sauce.
● Lobster Roll – A buttery toasted brioche filled with tender lobster meat and Japanese mayonnaise.

The Manila branch will also have two new dishes:
● Surf & Turf Platter: 500g short ribs with a choice of half or whole lobster, steamed or grilled, served with lemon garlic butter sauce, peppercorn sauce, fries, and salad.
● Honcho Burger: A smashed double-patty burger with sautéed button mushrooms, cheese, onions, and peppercorn-cream sauce. This burger is only available in Manila.
Diners can also enjoy the Lobster Mac & Cheese which offers a rich, creamy bite. For a spicy kick, the Spicy Chili Lobster features Canadian lobster in a tangy chili sauce, served with garlic butter rice. Pasta lovers can savor the Lobster Linguine, with lobster meat, passata (a thick paste made from strained tomatoes), garlic, chili, and cream.


Diners on dates or in groups of two can opt for the Burger & Lobster Combo 2, which is good for two and features a half grilled, half steamed Canadian lobster; a lobster roll; The Mayfair, a burger with Australian Wagyu patties, pickles, tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, bacon, and their secret burger sauce, lemon garlic butter; and salad.
“We’ve worked closely with local suppliers to source the best ingredients, and we’ve created dishes that not only maintain the quality and standards of Burger & Lobster but also cater to the tastes of our Filipino guests,” shares Brian Chong, Burger & Lobster’s Brand Development Chef.

Burger & Lobster is where sophistication meets play. The lively atmosphere encourages diners to eat with their hands, pour sauces liberally, and enjoy indulgence without reservations.

“While both the Manila and other branches share the same commitment to the UK core standards, the Manila location embraces our updated branding design, ensuring a fresh and modern feel,” explains Riccardo LaMonica, Burger & Lobster’s Managing Director of Asia and Middle East.
The Manila location promises guests the same top-quality service and hospitality as other Burger & Lobster locations, but with that recognizable Filipino hospitality.
