How Chele Catering Came To Be

Known for his acclaimed dining concepts Gallery by Chele, Asador Alfonso, and Deli by Chele, Chele established his catering service in response to loyal guests who wanted to take his unforgettable flavors to their own celebrations, especially in the wedding scene, with discerning couples eager to ensure their cuisine—undoubtedly a central part of any occasion—would do their special day justice.

“For us, catering is about creating experiences people remember long after the event ends,” Chele explains. “Whether it’s intimate dinners, weddings, or large celebrations, our goal is to deliver the same creativity, precision, and warmth of hospitality our guests know from our restaurants—while making each event uniquely personal.”

Meet The Hospitality Team Of Chele Catering 

Behind every event is a hospitality team working to ensure that every detail falls into place from planning to execution. Leading operations is Cyril Addison, who oversees both the business and beverage programs while directing service across events. His role ensures that celebrations unfold with structure, exacting execution, and consistency, creating experiences that feel seamless from beginning to end.

Alongside him is Director of Events and Experiences Teri Gonzalez, whose more than 25 years of expertise in F&B and event planning includes 15 years with Shangri-La Hotels. Her experience informs every stage of the process, ensuring details and guest experiences are managed to a tee.

Chele Catering has already served a roster of distinguished clients including Louis Vuitton, Lexus, Lucerne, Hermes, and Ferrari Philippines, as well as established itself as a presence in some of the country’s sought-after event venues. These include The Blue Leaf Events Pavilion, The Lakehall at Nena’s Sanctuary, and The Fifth at Rockwell, particularly as a preferred partner for weddings and milestone celebrations.
